Unifuse has designed a special “High-Load” tote to store critical components with special inserts to cradle and protect specific parts and components for safe transport and from foreign object damage (FOD).
These “High-Loads” have been carefully designed and manufactured with our unique Vibrational Molding (VIM) patented technology. The result is superior, stress-free plastic containers that easily outlast plastic products made by other processes. Furthermore, this technology enables us to be highly responsive to our clients by providing prototypes, modifications and production runs with short lead times and low minimum order points. The systems have been put into use and are already returning dividends for Rand-Whitney and their clients. The Unifuse totes have already reduced their FOD losses substantially.
